To be able to use all automations, see reports and suggestions for optimizations, you need to give access to your Google, Facebook and other accounts.

It is a fundamental procedure to use the software and should last less than 5 minutes! Let's go?

There will be 2 steps:

1. Connecting with platforms

1.1 Access the App Store.

1.2 Click on the accounts to integrate

To connect is super simple, just click on the icons of the accounts you have. For example, if you have a Facebook Ads and Google Analytics account, click on each one to join.

A window will appear for you to confirm the integration and import the information that will be viewed within Just confirm access and you're done!

It is important to consider 3 things:

  1. If you do not have active campaigns on Google and Facebook ad accounts, it is possible that will not be able to read and display information and suggestions.

  2. When connecting with the platforms, do it through a user who has access to the data. It's important to get the information.

  3. If you don’t advertise on Google and Facebook yet, will not be able to display data or be useful. However, we are on hand to help you if you want to start advertising!

Optional : if you want to access the specific links for each integration, you can click on the links: Google Ads , Google Analytics , Facebook Ads , Pipedrive , Loja Integrada and WooCommerce

2. Choosing the data you want to see

2.1 Link the accounts you want to view

With connected accounts, you will need to tell what data you want to see.

This is necessary, as it is very common to have more than one Google or Facebook ad account. So, in order not to mix the data, it is important to select the correct one.

  • Access the Company Settings page in the left menu.

  • Scroll down until you find Manage your channels

  • Select the accounts you want to link.

  • To do this, just click the button on the right side of the account line.

  • Once you've selected all of them, click the X to close.

2.2 Choose Google Analytics options

If you have linked your Google Analytics, it is important to choose the View and the Goal that will be tracked.

  • Hover your mouse cursor over the Google Analytics icon, 3 options will appear as in the image.

  • Click Settings.

  • In the window that opens, just select the currency, the view and the goal.

All ready!

After making the integrations, will begin to process your information and will soon display suggestions for your campaigns on the Workflow and your data on the Campaign Manager!
